FAT LOSS / TONING
We hope to help you better understand the relationship between being in a calorie deficit and losing weight. Our goal is to help you have fat loss, but make sure the goals we accomplish are lifelong changes, not quick fixes. To do this, we teach and educate how to create the right balance for your body with life long healthy habits tailored towards you. We will advise you on the kinds of food you should be eating based your lifestyle as well as having the proper exercise program to achieve fat loss.

FLEXIBILITY / MOBILITY
Is it easier for you to move around today than ever before? For everyone, our aging process and everyday lives play a huge role in decreasing our bodies mobility. Overtime many areas become stiff and we become less flexible as well. One part of your body can play a significant role in affecting your entire kinetic chain. To be able to move well, a combination of myofascial release, massage, dynamic movements, static holds/stretches, and functional exercises can improve one's biomechanics. How would life change for you if you could move pain free and not be stiff?

MUSCLE BUILDING / STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Strength and conditioning is about improving your movement, health, and physical performance by building stamina, speed, and overall power / output. Our team customizes every individual workout to get your body building the proper muscle that you want, but also bettering the overall quality of your life by building it in the areas it needs.

POSTURAL CORRECTION/ CORRECTIVE EXERCISE
Good posture is about achieving correct length/tension relationships between muscle groups. This reduces the strain on muscles, joints and spine, which will remove pain and decrease chances for injury. Improved posture can help improve everything from mood, muscle and joint function, and even digestion.
If our muscles are out of balance, one group will be overactive/tight, while the other group will be lengthened/weak. After a very detailed assessment, we will focus on exercises which help align the musculoskeletal system to reduce pressure on the spine, increase flexibility and improve balance.

PRE AND POST NATAL FITNESS
During and after pregnancy, a woman's body will go through many physical changes. Changes in blood pressure, joint health is weakened, hormones changing, and even muscle groups separating, all of these need to be considered when training. Each trimester of pregnancy presents different challenges, but our workout program will interchange as well as exercise is key to having a healthy pregnancy. After pregnancy, changes will also be made to get the body returning to pre-pregnancy form or better. Our trainers have the knowledge to safely guide you through your journey.

CARDIOVASCULAR CONDITIONING / ATHLETIC TRAINING
Our trainers use the science behind cardiovascular training to your set goals. Set heart rates zones during exercise are the focus of most cardiovascular sessions. For athletic training, we will focus on different styles of training tailored to the goals for the specific sport, whether it is focus on plyometric training to work on speed and power, or proprioception, to have the body perform simultaneous actions without stopping to think about each one separately. We tailor every program for what you exactly need.
