FAT LOSS / TONING

We hope to help you better understand the relationship between being in a calorie deficit and losing weight. Our goal is to help you have fat loss, but make sure the goals we accomplish are lifelong changes, not quick fixes. To do this, we teach and educate how to create the right balance for your body with life long healthy habits tailored towards you. We will advise you on the kinds of food you should be eating based your lifestyle as well as having the proper exercise program to achieve fat loss.

Overtime many areas become stiff and we become less flexible as well. One part of your body can play a significant role in affecting your entire kinetic chain. To be able to move well, a combination of myofascial release, massage, dynamic movements, static holds/stretches, and functional exercises can improve one's biomechanics. How would life change for you if you could move pain free and not be stiff?

POSTURAL CORRECTION/ CORRECTIVE EXERCISE

Good posture is about achieving correct length/tension relationships between muscle groups. This reduces the strain on muscles, joints and spine, which will remove pain and decrease chances for injury. Improved posture can help improve everything from mood,  muscle and joint function, and even digestion. 

If our muscles are out of balance, one group will be overactive/tight, while the other group will be lengthened/weak. After a very detailed assessment, we will focus on exercises which help align the musculoskeletal system to reduce pressure on the spine, increase flexibility and improve balance.

PRE AND POST NATAL FITNESS

During and after pregnancy, a woman's body will go through many physical changes. Changes in blood pressure, joint health is weakened, hormones changing, and even muscle groups separating, all of these need to be considered when training. Each trimester of pregnancy presents different challenges, but our workout program will interchange as well as exercise is key to having a healthy pregnancy. After pregnancy, changes will also be made to get the body returning to pre-pregnancy form or better. Our trainers have the knowledge to safely guide you through your journey.

CARDIOVASCULAR CONDITIONING /   ATHLETIC TRAINING

Our trainers use the science behind cardiovascular training to your set goals. Set heart rates zones during exercise are the focus of most cardiovascular sessions. For athletic training, we will focus on different styles of training tailored to the goals for the specific sport, whether it is focus on plyometric training to work on speed and power, or proprioception, to  have the body perform simultaneous actions without stopping to think about each one separately. We tailor every program for what you exactly need.

Our aim is to provide you a truly personalized experience, bringing a whole new meaning to the term ‘personal training’. We will provide you with an expert to implement exactly what will work for you, being by your side every step of the way.

  • How Does Online Training Work?
    Our Online Personal Training is a comprehensive fitness coaching program that allows us to design an individual workout program and custom meal plan that will help you achieve your goals and transform your body. Your program will be designed on information based around data that we will collect such as your exercise history, current fitness level, goals, injuries, your bodies movement, and equipment available (by way of gym access or home equipment). We want to ensure that your program is tailored for you and your lifestyle so that you surpass your goals.
  • Is This a Pre-set Program?
    Never. Your workout program and meal plan are personalized based on the information garnered in our initial consultation call and/or the comprehensive onboarding process once we get you going.
  • Do I Have to Have Gym Access or Equipment?
    No. Each program is customized towards the equipment that you have readily available to you. In certain circumstances, we may recommend a purchase of small additional equipment such as resistance bands or power bands.
  • What Type of Support Will I Receive?
    We take pride in our service and support that we offer to our clients. You will start with a comprehensive onboarding call where we will discuss everything you need to succeed. We will be here by your side and provide daily instant messaging support and weekly check-ins with via zoom, phone call or text (pending on your availability). Each month will have a monthly assessment call to discuss progression, adjustments to the plans, what we need to work on, and more. We will provide a very high level of motivation and accountability throughout your program.
  • I Do Not Have Time to Cook, Will This Be a Problem?
    Ideally we would love everyone to be able to spend days and meal prep their food, but we know there are many people that are always on the go and do not have the time to do so. This is why we customize the meal plan to you and your lifestyle, so we ensure that you accomplish your goals without having the stress of spending all day cooking.
  • I Have Specific Goals and Previous Injuries, Can You Help Me?
    Of course. Our comprehensive consultation will contain details behind your medical history and see how your body moves as well. We will be able to advise you the best way possible to achieve your goals while taking into account your injuries. Our programs will be tailored toward your goals, but also aim to reduce inflammation and pain in your body as well.
  • How Long Will It Take to Achieve My Goals?
    Everyone is different. Results are different for each individual, just as programs are. Depending on your goals, body composition, and how committed you are, we guarantee that you will get results if you stick to your plan and follow our advice. Our plan is designed to accomplish your goals as quickly and safely as possible, but we also understand that we want to educate you and create habits so you will never never need a trainer again. Our clients will see results and significant improvements within their first month, but three months is a realistic time-frame to achieve their complete goals.
